At EasyMapLeads, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for credit packages and Lifetime Deal (LTD) purchases.
2. Credit Packages
For one-time credit package purchases (Starter, Growth, Pro):
- Unused credits: If you have not used any credits from a purchased package, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Partially used credits: If you have used some credits from a package, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, based on the number of unused credits remaining.
- Fully used credits: No refund is available once all credits from a package have been consumed.
3. Lifetime Deal (LTD)
For Lifetime Deal purchases ($149 one-time):
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- If a refund is issued, your account will be reverted to the free tier, and any LTD credits that were added will be removed.
- After 14 days, LTD purchases are non-refundable.
4. Free Trial Credits
The 50 free credits provided upon account creation are complimentary and are not eligible for refund or cash value.
5. Service Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using purchased credits (e.g., campaigns failing due to a service outage on our end), we will either restore the affected credits to your account or issue a refund at your preference. Please contact us within 30 days of the issue occurring.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@easymapleads.com
- Include your account email and the transaction details
- Describe the reason for your refund request
We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
